MOH STARTED THE PURCHASE OF MEDICINES FOR THE YEAR 2017

Ministry of Health started the purchase of medicines via international organizations for the funds appropriated in 2017. This was announced by Ulyana Suprun, the Head of MOH on her Facebook page.
According to her, the funds appropriated in 2016 for purchase of medicines were channeled through international organizations that made it possible to save 917 MIO UAH. These funds will be spent on purchase of additional medicines, medical devices and vaccines.
Besides, Ms. Suprun noted that 96% of medicines, vaccines and medical devices were purchased in 2016. 44% of purchased medications have already been distributed to the regions. The balance will be supplied to the hospitals within 3 months
