The Cabinet of Ministers has increased the list of services and goods exempt from VAT. It includes funds that are used to fight COVID-19.
These are oxygen delivery and supply systems, flu vaccine and vaccination services for populations at high risk.
The Minister of Health, Maxim Stepanov, said: "Draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers on amendments to the list of goods and services necessary for the implementation of measures aimed at preventing the occurrence and spread, localization and elimination of outbreaks of the epidemic and pandemic of acute respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by the SARS-CoV-2 in Ukraine. Date of the list of goods required for the implementation of measures aimed at preventing the occurrence and spread, localization and elimination of outbreaks of epidemics and pandemics of acute respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by the SARS-CoV-2. The project is aimed at amendments of the Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 225 and 224 dated March 20. This is a simplified procurement procedure and exemption from value-added tax. New services, medical products and medicines will be added."
The Government has supported the draft resolution without revision.
