Pharmacovagia - a process of identifying, collecting, evaluating, studying and preventing adverse reactions, adverse events after immunization / tuberculin diagnosis and any other issues related to the safety and efficacy of the use of drugs, vaccines, tuberculin.
The procedure for ensuring pharmacovigilance in Ukraine is regulated by Order No. 898 of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of December 27, 2006 "On Approving the Procedure for the Implementation of Pharmacovigilance" (as amended by Order No. 996 of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of September 26, 2016). In accordance with the requirements of the law, pharmacovigilance in Ukraine is carried out by the State Enterprise "State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine." The system provides for the collection of information from patients, pharmacists and medical personnel in the context of clinical use of medicines.
